CINDY LINDOW
LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Cindy Lindow has been at Irwin First since 2013 as an associate Pastor, and then as Lead Pastor. She has over 32 years experience in Education and Ministry. Pastor Cindy has been licensed through Assemblies of God since 2015.
Her calling for Irwin First Assembly of God is to reach the community by connecting the Church to local needs through outreach programs, community support, prayer and the Word of God. Her hope is to grow Irwin First Assembly organically through our grace to the local community so that our membership increases in order to help the community even more. Pastor Cindy’s greatest desire is for individual members of the church to love, to be loved, to accept, to be accepted, and to be transformed because of their salvation through Jesus Christ and their growth through the Holy Spirit.
Pastor Cindy entered ministry because she loves people and believes the greatest thing you could give them is Jesus Christ and the understanding of the compassion and love of God.

DIANE GUISER
WORSHIP LEADER
Diane Guiser has been at Irwin First since January 2019. She is the church’s worship leader and Administrative Assistant. Diane has served in various churches as a worship leader for over 25 years, and is currently studying to be licensed as a pastor through The Assemblies of God.
Her heart for worship is to see people experience the presence of God in worship, to be free in their worship, to express themselves to the Lord, and to see people elevated during worship.
JEREMY MERKT
YOUTH PASTOR
Pastor Jeremy Merkt has been at Irwin First since 2018. Because of his passion for helping the youth he became youth group in leader in 2019 and then became the Youth Pastor in January 2021.
He received the call to ministry at 17 and dedicated his life to God. Pastor Jeremy recently graduated from Penn Del school and was recently licensed as a Pastor through Assemblies of God.
Pastor Jeremy loves to lead and support young people. He has a great ability to make learning and worship exciting and fun. His passion is to build relationships with and among the youth and watch them grow in their lives and in their walk with God.
